  1. Include Ship To on Export to Excel Report From Order Entry

    It would be great for the information on the Ship to column on Order Entry to be included in the file you can download as Export to Excel. Some customers have other customers that have more than 50 brands and need to be monitoring results by subaccounts to evaluate the growth in each of them by knowing which locality moves the most according to the area, etc., to re-direct their sales strategies.

  2. New Email Notification for updates on customer notes

    On behalf of Jet Fresh, they are suggesting the following:

    Salesperson/manager should be notified when a note has been entered for a customer. Ideally, get a consolidated report at the end of the day as customer notes can be updated several times daily.

  3. New commission bonus for selling older boxes - Reflect on Commissions Report

    "Its always a struggle to sell boxes when they start to age..5 6 7 8 days

    Sellers have a terrible habit of judging without looking/knowing.

    I know not every company shows the sellers the aging, but the ones that do may agree with me on this idea….

    Incentivized boxes.. meaning if the sales manager wants to focus on specific products, he can add an icon that indicates a special commission bonus for those boxes moved out. Obviously, this would need to be tracked and added to the commission reports so the seller can…

  4. New Option to Print Deleware Valley Labels by Vendor

    On behalf of Ikebana, the customer suggests having the option to print their Delaware Valley labels by vendor from the Order Summary screen. In other words, they would like the labels to be grouped by vendor when printing.

  6. Add Price mass update upon GPM for Pricelist

    Kristin from Gardens America
    Gardens America needs to have a mass pricing update functionality that is not based on a set price value like it currently is, but instead it allows her to enter the desired GPM% and based on the current landed cost the pricing field the new price will be calculated for all product items this action is being applied to.

    Ex: She wants to update 500 line items so that their selling price has a GPM of 25%.

  7. Price List for the customer Future Sales

    It would be great for the customer "Future Sales" to function with price lists as well. Whenever a PB is created with the customer's future sales, once it gets associated to the PO, the PB is eliminated, and the items on the Pricing->Future inventory, have a price of $0.00. It requires me to go and update the price manually instead of maintaining the items entered at the PB level.

  9. Replicate UPC changes on Master Standing Ordoer

    At the moment, whenever making changes to the UPC information of the Master Standing Order and trying to replicate these changes to the prebooks, it does not repeat these changes to the prebooks. It would be great if these types of changes would also apply as well.

  10. Add Reccurence Filter in SO screen

    In the Standing Order summary screen, a recurrence filter should be added. This would facilitate the process when generating SO orders manually and only want to generate a specific recurrence instead of going one by one.

  11. Truck date validation on Prebooks already associated to Purchase Orders

    Currently, the system allows you to modify the truck date of the prebook when it's already associated to a PO. When the user changes the date, it doesn't validate whether or not the date on the prebook is before or after the PO's arrival date. They system should not allow the user to modify the truck date if it's before the arrival date of the PO.

  12. AWB Filter for Customer Credits

  15. Feature to visualize box code from Order Summary

    we need the box number to make changes in our orders with our locations, but the unic form toget the box number is printing labels. Have a box number in the invoice information speed up having the box number and our internal proccess

  16. Product Origin Visualization from Add Order

    If the system would show the port of origin in the Order Entry > Add order > Inventory this would allow the salesperson to let the customer know the origin of the product in case they asked.

    The idea would be to add an option that can reflect a column in the Add > Order > Inventory grid, as shown on th eimage.

  18. New contact tab placement

    allow the new contact field to be moved to another location on the dash board. at present it is in the lower right corner and it blocks the SKIP option. right now if you move the contact field it just goes back to bottom right corner.

  20. Pallet Recovery Fee

    Pallets cost is at least double and more in some cases. Some truck lines are not doing pallet exchanges, costing the company thousands. Could there be a way to prorate pallet charges. Set it by carrier and a charge by cubes on the order? That way we can recover some of the pallet charges.
