Void Orders but leave details
It would be great to leave a "copy" of the voided order in the system. This way, when researching old information for an order per customer, it can be determined what might have been ordered previously.
Obviously, voiding an order after product shipped or receivables is applied is not advisable.

FOB or Non-FOB customers
There should be an indicator on order entry showing if that customer is in FOB or Non-FOB (Fuel Surcharge). We don't know that until we go into customer profile and look at the details.

Application on the iphone
be able to sell off of my iphone without having to sign in to safari while im on the phone with the customer.
also be able to load more credits up at the same time. Instead of loading one by one.

K2K order notification
We receive notifications when a new ecommerce order has been checked out, but when its a KSK order there are no notificaions at all.
1 an email should arrivie
2 an icon like "@" should be next to that order so we can ID that its a K2K order
3 ideally, would like to see a report by customer and see what items are bought on s/o, what on om, what pb, what K2K, what ecommerce, and also what farms are being used

We have developed some tools within the system that will help you better identify K2K orders such as adding the K2K icon on Order Entry, including the final customer’s code as the order’s mark code and including K2K products as an individual item on the Today’s Sales dashboard in the home page.

Standing orders with end date
standing orders seasonal with end dates are being generated when we generate manual orders.
I think the system should cancel any order that has ended and send an email to the sales person and procurement, so that everybody is aware of the cancelation.
this will avoid sending orders to customer and getting a credit for overshipping.6 votesHello,

Automatic credit card charge on Order Summary page using Stripe API
Once order has being entered on Order Entry and confirmed, the system should charge the customer credit card if it is the customer setting as Credit Card. This is similar to the E-commerce charge but it will be beneficial on the order entry page for all kind of orders.

Hot Key for Additional Charges
Would be great to have a hot key that opens up the additional charges box.

Add supporting docs to credit memos
Once a Credit to a customer has been submitted, is there a way to add supporting docs/photos after the fact.
Many times, a credit is initiated in Komet, yet the various supporting docs (photos, airline info,) arrive later.
(Currently - once a customer credit is saved, we can't add any docs at all?4 votes -
Credit Memos
When printing out the credit, the field containing the reason for the credit should appear on the printout.

inventory reports and future inventory reports should be combined into 1 format and xls & pdf
Availability reports with a date range have 1 format thats different to the format of future inventory. These should be in the same inventory and there should be an option to have a report for anygiven future date to show the big picture.

Massively Delete Inventory
Currently, in order to delete the inventory from the Inventory Summary Screen, you must delete line by line. It would be great that it could be done massively through using the filters.

Apply credits in units
Credits by unit:
I'd like to be able to add credits per stem, right now the system takes the credit only for the whole bunch, even products sold by stem in the unit type of the invoice, it will take the credit as it was a whole bunch, but I'd like to apply it for a certain amount of stems not all of them.3 votes -
Adjustment in Credit and Order Summary screen
I would like to be able to see the Aging information when I look at an order under Order Summary and click on magnifying glass and when I'm entering a credit.

Additional charges - Transfer to Sales Orders
Once an Allocation is done, through Prebooks >> Allocations view or Order Entry >> Items Pending to be Billed, the system must carry on the Additional Charges from the Prebook to the order. The system will verify if the order already has Additional Charges to prevent from being added twice.

Low GPM Sales Report- Add Vendor and Order Type Details
This report would be good now but it could be better if the vendor and order type details were included as well. At the moment as a user you to look up a particular order on this report find out if it was a prebook or standing order and also the vendor.

Add discount per line
I would like to able to add a discount per line on an order when the "over sell inventory" feature is on. Currently you can add a discount when selling out of inventory but this does not exist if you are not selling out of inventory.

Credit Limit Hold on Pre-Books
Komet should allow to be put a customer on Hold because Credit limit is reached on Pre-Book area. Currently this credit limit hold works only on Order Entry.
Currently customers with credit limit reach allows to create a prebook with not issue. later on when the product is transfer on staging area it notify the sales person of the hold. this cause to have boxes sit on inventory.2 votesHi Sebastian,
We were reviewing this idea and now the system is not allowing you to create the Prebook for customers that are on Hold in the setup.
