It would be great to have the ability to create prebooks for hardgoods.

Email Message in Prebook
It would be great to email the prebook to your customer and see the notes you added once you send it via email. It would be helpful to see the email you sent via Komet to reference back to it.

Add Delaware Valley PO at the Prebook level
Is it possible to attach the DV Labels at the Prebook level and have it follow all the way through to completion of the order.
Currently, the DV Order is entered/uploaded at the Sales Entry level, but if its possible to back it up to the Prebook or PO level, that would save on the sales person from having to "remember" to add it at time of shipping.

prebook and standing orders
Once product that arrives that has been assigned to a prebook, standing order or future sale it becomes a sales order. However, nothing in that sales order shows what the original prebook order was for. Thus, a order that was for 4 boxes may only have 3 boxes that arrived and scanned into inventory and the other box is still in prebook. So for every order, before i can confirm it, i have to go back to the prebook to see how many boxes the prebook was for! When you have 25-30 orders to confirm, this takes a long time…

New Field for Commissions
We would like to have an option to push our sales people to sale more. We want to have a field for commission % so that we can assign this to each sales rep. Also, when they create a prebook, we want this field to reflect on the prebook. Additionally, we want to have a widget on the Dashboard so that it reflects the total of commissions that a sales rep is making on daily basis in prebooks or invoices.

Duties being added on Ship via grower Prebooks
The system is always calculating the duties when the Ship Via Grower prebook is created. There should be an option in which the duties are not added or taken into account on an invoice, when the it's a Ship Via Grower prebook.

Prebook Summary; add checkmark
Please add a green checkmark next to each prebook to indicate if the order has been converted to a sales order. The Prebook Fulfillment screen is not useful at this time for us, too many screens to toggle back and forth, and it doesn't really say it is complete, it only indicates the number of boxes billed. People don't want to have to go looking in too many places to find what they need.

Tipsy for the FOB price in prebook
When the customer is FOB, it can be better to change the price label for FOB price, that way the sale person knows that needs to include additional charges in the unit price, also complement it with a tipsy.

Visualization of Custom Fields in Standing/Prebooks Windows
It would be really useful being able to visualize custom fields in Standing/Prebooks windows, instead of having to click on Actions to edit it all the time.

PREBOOK NOTIFICATION FOR ACCURATE ARRIVAL
Arrival dates associated with Prebooks. Nikki Roth did a test, "I did a test and also found that the date gets updated once the arrival date is set on the AWB. It also updates when the date is changed. I am thinking that the issue maybe stems from the timing of putting the arrival date on the AWB. I believe this is done when the product has been confirmed that it is coming on a certain truck, so the salesperson is seeing the estimated date up until the very last minute at times.
