  1. New Option To Delete or Hide Ship To's

    On behalf of Juan from Allure, he had inquired about deleting a ship-to entry, but it cannot be deleted due to traceability. Instead, a suggestion was made to edit the ship-to by adding "DO NOT USE" to the name to avoid confusion. However, the customer found this approach visually unclean and problematic for clients with multiple locations. Now, they are seeking a solution to deactivate or hide ship-to entries from the drop-down menu to address this.

  3. Implement Specific Freight Rates for Different Box Types

    On behalf of Legacy Flowers:

    The problem is that we have various box sizes with different equivalences to the FBE, and the system currently only allows us to set a freight rate per FBE by origin. However, we have a specific box that represents 42.6% of the actual FB cost but occupies 50% of its volume and space. This creates discrepancies in our calculations, affecting our gross margin.

    I would like to suggest the possibility of swapping the lightning bolt for deal products with perhaps the green $ sign. Perhaps mentally customers will see that and equate product with deals and not aging

  7. stabilize the action bar on the order entry, prebook sumary and purchase order

    the cursor is unstable when clicking on actions it disappears before any movement making it difficult to click on any of the fields, this is frustrating when printing labels or sending invoices.

  9. Add decimal point to GPM% on Home Page

    Add one decimal point to all GPM % calculations shown on Komet Sales home page. Rounding up/down makes a big difference in GPM % when it is summarized for the whole month or company.

  12. Display of the customer on HOLD

    Textual user request: For the icon H (customer on hold) to be displayed on the customer on every step of the flow(PB,PO), currently is only perceived on the AR >> Aging/statements tab.

    What is the need? For the on hold mark H, to be displayed on any given customer on hold on every tab of Komet.

    How the change would help the customer? This will help the users saving time instead of double checking from one tab to another if the customer is on HOLD, will avoid any confusion with the automatic billing setting as this one doesn't work for…

  13. Add an e-mail column to the Setup>Customers window

    It would be very helpful to add an "email" column under the: setup - customer page, maybe next to the phone numbers. Such as getting rid of the Tax and the Hold columns and add an email column instead.

    Currently when you download the vendor list is gives incomplete information. It is a database and should have everything in the report like emails (not available right now)

  16. User Setup - Admin can preview what a user's settings will look like

    It would be amazing if there was an option to view Komet as the user you are setting up. Similar to how a sales person can log in to ecommerce on behalf of their customer, It would be super helpful to be able to login to Komet as our users so I can make sure the solution I am giving them is appropriate based on their permissions.

  17. mobile responsiveness

    When we were looking at the features, we were told that Komet was mobile responsive. We've now learned that it isn't. In this day and age, all website platforms should be mobile responsive- especially ones that are being used for sales.

    Hi Eyal,

    Thank you for your feeback, it’s very valuable. At this time. our app mobile is only Ecommerce accesible in which your customers can go in an purchase items directly, but there are no other modules available. This is something that we will have to consider for the near future.

    For now, we will proceed to put this to voting for other users from Komet vote as well.

  18. Make Komet Sales a Mobile app, not just eCommerce.

    We use a tablet in the field to sell our bucket truck inventory.
    The inventory entry screen is not mobile enabled, and does not let us see the whole screen, it's very frustrating. Are you able to at least, fix the add inventory screen?

  19. CRM field on customer setup

    It would be really cool if we could specify a predefined url and just supply the CRM contact id. e.g.

    company wide variable for the HUBSPOT url + Company code, https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/2503975/contact/

    so then we would only need to put in the contact id on each customer, in this case 2503975
