  4. Deployment of new features - Further Testing

    Currently features are deployed to everyone in Komet without any real investigation as to what effects it will have on everyone in the system. So often when something is deployed for other people it stops our production. Sometimes for an hour sometimes it just ruins the whole day for our Miami team. There should be some way to figure this stuff out before it gets deployed.

  5. Komet Tabs on heather and botton of web page.

    I'd like to see the tabs at the heather and the bottom of the web page, that way there's no need to scroll up all the time, when changing screens.

  6. Missing box codes

    The missing box alert would be much more helpful if the program would indicate which box(s) with the problem As you know going lilne by line is very tedious and also holds up the processiing of the rest of the order. Also the box could be removed from the order so we are able to process the other boxes Thank You Jesse

  8. System Stability/Uptime

    I would really like to see KometSales focus on keeping the system stable and up 100% of the time. It seems like every week when a new feature is put into production, part or all of the system goes down for several minutes. It's really tough to do business when our sales system consistently has interruptions.

    I think having a true sandbox where deployments can be fully vetted would really increase the experience for everyone.

    Hi, Josh,

    We have been analyzing all these issues internally with our team and we are making sure that we always learn and improve something on each of the cases. This week for example, as your users may have noticed, we had again an issue in the Prebook and Order Summary screens. In order to avoid this issue from happening again, we are now working on an automated test that will be able to confirm that these screens load correctly for Multi-Location companies before every new version of the system is released.

    We are also trying to find another way to release all the tickets that we put on hold during the holidays. This last season for example we had more than 30 tickets in the queue to be released right after May 13th.

    Last but not least, we understand how important is for you to always have the system…

  9. Future sales Customer in Standalone PO Excel

    The Standalone PO excel should have the option to assign the future sales customer or at least have an option in the staging area to massively assign the customer. It is very tedious to have to enter the customer "Future Sales" line per line on the Staging Area so that it can be reflected through E-commerce.

  11. Weighted Bunches

    We use Komet overseas, and would like to suggest that in addition to stems and bunches, we can have the option of selling weighted bunches.

    In the same field where we choose bunch or stem, we could choose the term 'Weight'.
    In the 'stems per bunch' field, we'd put the farm declared weight (in grams).

    Bunch per box remains the same
    Then the price per bunch also stays the same.

    The report to eventually be generated retains the same relevance as 'revenue per stem'.....it would be revenue per bunch with the weight of the bunch being an important piece of…

  12. Special characters in Customer PO number field

    The system (Komet) should handle letting the user know that they can’t enter certain special characters in Customer PO # field by displaying a warning message if they do.

  13. Printing of QC Report w/Pictures results in Low Resolution

    We are taking high-resolution photos and uploading them to the Q/C module for tracking purposes. If we download the picture straight from Komet, the resolution/picture metadata remains.

    However, when printed from the QC tab, the PDF that is rendered leaves the photos in such a low resolution that it is difficult, almost impossible to determine items such as rot, black, or wilting.

    Could the PDF process leave the pictures in a high resolution?
