Add an e-mail column to the Setup>Customers window
It would be very helpful to add an "email" column under the: setup - customer page, maybe next to the phone numbers. Such as getting rid of the Tax and the Hold columns and add an email column instead.

BI With Product Breakdown
That the BI report has the option to include product Breakdown when there is Assorted & Bouquet lines.

CRM field on customer setup
It would be really cool if we could specify a predefined url and just supply the CRM contact id. e.g.
company wide variable for the HUBSPOT url + Company code, https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/2503975/contact/
https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/2503975/contact/
so then we would only need to put in the contact id on each customer, in this case 2503975

Hi! how about massive or "bulk" changes in products or SKU's
it would be great if we could be able to change massively the name or the color of a specific product or SKU.
for instance, I have a large group of varieties in the pink category, and under COLOR it says "pink" but we realized that it would be best if the color is typed with a capital letter at the beginning like so: "Pink" but if I have to make the change to all SKU's one by one, it will take a bit under forever to do.... so.... why not include a "massive change" option in the Product Setup…

New Option To Delete or Hide Ship To's
On behalf of Juan from Allure, he had inquired about deleting a ship-to entry, but it cannot be deleted due to traceability. Instead, a suggestion was made to edit the ship-to by adding "DO NOT USE" to the name to avoid confusion. However, the customer found this approach visually unclean and problematic for clients with multiple locations. Now, they are seeking a solution to deactivate or hide ship-to entries from the drop-down menu to address this.

Two Factor Authentication for User Login
Would likely have a large uplift on the number of seats we sell to our users (I assume they are sharing logins) and would increase system security.
