  1. Move the Category/Color box back to the top please.

    It is so much faster for users to click on a product when the category or color is on the top of the page. It takes too long to click on the drop down button then scroll to find what we are looking for.

  7. Product Breakdown Automatically Loaded

    Seeking to automatically load box comments that the buyer would see on the e-commerce site. Currently we can go in line by line and add box details that show to the buyer as a STAR by the product name. The buyer clicks on the STAR and can see the contents of the case.

    We would like to automate that a bit vs. going line by line to add comments.

    Can the EXCEL prebook template used to load prebooks have a column where the contents of this column would appear on the e-commerce screen with a STAR? The idea is to…

  9. Different Price list

    Hello

    We are currently using our e-coommerce with all of our customers: the ones that always buy thru e-commerce (every week); each other week; and a big amount of customers that we consider Cherry Picker, that only buys thru our komet when it's Holiday or High Season.
    It would be better if we can add an especific Price list according to these criteria.

  12. Possible to have 2 different Views?

    Would it be possible to give customers the option to customize their view to the Original version or the New version? Some customers might want to see just the list of products so they can purchase faster and visualize all the list rather than all the pictures.

  13. Quantity available should show before clicking on each picture

    Currently you cannot see the quantity available unless you click on each picture. It would waste time for customers who need volume and have to go picture by picture to se the available quantity.

  14. Display only 1 Picture per item to reduce amount of pages

    I think 2 pictures of the same item showing 2 different ship date ranges is too much to show a customer. Maybe you can condense to 1 picture and show in 2 lines the 2 shipping date ranges available.

  15. Only showing one available arrival date

    When choosing my order arrival date I only had one option, though I had 3 days of service set, it only showed my very next truck it did not show the trucks after the next one as available pick up dates.

    The first version of our visual experience will not allow general or promotional messages. This will be included in our second version of the new e-commerce.

  18. Pre-Choose ship date

    In the beta we have to choose our ship date after each box adding to the cart. In the regular version we choose the date first so we know everything we add will ship on that one date. Choosing a date for each box is cumbersome and gives room for mistakes.

  19. Hiding locations

    For us specifically we have the ability to "hide" locations from the ecommerce portal so our customer only see on inventory. All of the locations show in the beta version, even though some were hidden.

    On the List view, customers are able to select an alternate ship to. With the BETA, this option is not available anymore.
