    It would be great if the customer was able to enter a wish list of items he/she needs and be alerted when the product is available.

  2. Saving products in cart while users quote over e-commerces

    Another buyer experience... with more suppliers using Komet, when I find a product interesting I would like to put it in the cart, check different supplier and if I find nothing better, come back to the one I want and have it ready and not having to research the product.
    I am speaking about saving the cart for a limited time but it is frustrating that it is erased if I want to switch to another supplier.

  3. Sorting product (Price, box)

    Few final customers here... would be interesting to be able to sort product by prices, box sizes... making it more efficient for a buyer.

  4. Stop the countdown clock after the customer has checked out, otherwise a message will appear telling the customer the order was cancelled.

    After you check out, you get a pop-up asking you if you want to continue shopping or close out. If you do not make a selection, the checkout timer continues to count down. If you come back to the page later and the timer expired, you will get a warning telling you your order expired and the items were not ordered. This is not true and is confusing.

  5. Blast promotional Messages from E-commerce / More than 1 promotion

    1. Blast messages that contain the promotional messages from E-commerce to a group of customers from Komet.

    2. Add more than 1 promotional message, that can they rotate with at least 2 or 3 messages.

  6. Ability to hide items on eCommerce from specific customers or from specific vendors

    We would like to be able to hide specific products from some of our eCommerce customers that use shipping methods like FedEx which exponentially increasing the cost due to larger product packs being inefficient.

    However, we don't want to hide those products on our ecommerce portal from customers that use shipping methods that can easily accommodate those items.

    If there was a way to hide a product per customer (or shipping method) and not everyone within the portal, that would be extremely helpful.

  10. K2K Vendor Direct - Responsible for Freight

    As a system administrator, it is required that my customer can make purchases through E-commerce shipping directly from the vendor to my final customer, however, I need to be able to charge the associated costs of transportation in the sales price.

  11. Customers also should get notifications when vendor deleted orders

    if an item is wrong in the shippers system or maybe settings are not correct the vendor can cancel the item. i know receive an email saying it was canceled. I think the customer that order this should receive the same notification at the same time.

  12. Flower Icon on the days Flowers are available to Buy

    I would suggest if a small flower icon or colored dot shows on which dates flowers are available to buy on the ecommerce. On the calendar of the shipping date. So eg: if it shows a green dot product is available for that day customers can then click on it to see the product.

  13. Standing orders from K2K vendors

    I have customers that currently have standing orders for product that is with some of the K2K vendors. It is needed to have the ability to have a K2K standing order. Currently the PO's for standing orders are not generated in K2K for standing orders.

  14. Automatic linking of Product Descriptions to Web Images

    Is there a possibility of linking images from Product Descriptions to known Web Images that are not copyrighted, etc?

    For example, if a commonly known product is Eucalyptus, could the description be harvested, sent to the Internet and link an image back in the event we don't have a stock image?

    Understandably, this poses an Intellectual Property challenge, but was a thought.

    Cliente quiere poder activar el timer por dos horas, ¿es posible desarrollar un timer que funcione por dos horas?

    Effect on the user and why is needed:
    Bella Blossom indica que no quiere limitar a sus clientes por 1 sola hora, entonces tienen el timer desactivado, entonces en este caso las órdenes que no se les haga checkout pueden quedar pending por varios días y tampoco se quiere.

  16. Central unified pricing system where all order types (future sales, on hand, etc.) can be administered cleanly

    Several items of user feedback from Miami that managing pricing is difficult to do and that the way we setup future pricing etc. doesn't have parity with existing pricing configuration. There was an ask for a better UI/UX for how pricing is managed across all the different types of orders.

    This is a wholesaler targeted idea.
    During the e-commerce Focus group session, several customers manifested that they want a product suggestion section, whether is based on their historical purchaser or what is popular at the moment.
    Those Customers were mainly event planners.
