If a customer buy trough the mobile app (e-commerce), there's no email for the sales rep with the information of the order, the order does not has a "W" before the order number in the "order summary", and we can't see when the customer go into the system (with the "user" tab in Komet); you should fix that because it is important for the sales rep to know when a customer buys something (obviusly)1 vote
