Would it make more sense to create a report that can be run on demand where you can get a list of users, companies, date and time when they logged into the system? Perhaps having a dashboard that's focused solely on e-commerce usage and activity?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello, we're in the process of reviewing the Purchase Order Template Management and would like to hear your thoughts on this. We're planning on adding a "template manager" from which you could quickly view, edit, copy and delete PO templates.
A couple of other questions:
- Should anyone with access to creating purchase orders be allowed to create, edit, delete and copy PO templates?
- If a template is modified or deleted should other procurement users be notified via email?
- Would a feature that allows you to copy a PO template be useful?

• Would you want to run an automated process during the day (at a specific time, or as needed) or just once each night?

This feature will allow users to add links to videos for each product. These links will then be displayed in the following sections of the system:
- E-commerce: Users buying online can view the links to the videos while hovering over the image. The product will have an additional icon indicating videos available (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.).
- Order Entry: When users double-click on an item, the pop-up window will also include the links to these videos (great for new employee training).
