1. FILTER PO'S BY PROCUREMENT USER

   I believe that it would be a great tool that if in PO - PO SUMMARY- There would be a way to filter by USER ; who created the specific PO.
   the reason would be TWO fold.
   the first reason/benefit would be that if a company has MULTIPLE buyers/ 2 or 3 or 4 of 5 like in my case; it would be good to know and differentiate which buyer; or procurement user; purchases the most in order to effectivley be able to measure that purchasing agents buying ability; to say; if one of my buyers purchases 3 million dollars in flowers; the other buyer; purchases 1 million dollars in flowers; the other buyer; purchases 500 K in flowers; it should be able to discriminate by User and report; who purchased what and from WHOM in order to to have accountability per PO and also to 'motivate to purchase more' and this beeing more efficient for the company.!

2. Bulk Purchasing Mode; create a summary report

   Let's face it, when I am I buying, I don't really care who it's for. I care about the total I need. If I cannot find the product, or the entire amount I need, then I go back and see who the customers are and figure out how I will sub or allocate.

   To accomplishment this goal, I am creating a paper report to work from by exporting the data from this screen. The purchasing process is a tough organizational process...lots of going back and forth with different vendors, comparing prices, tallying totals from different vendors, etc. For me, I need a paper report to keep tabs on all of this work.

   Currently, I export the data into an excel file, and then reorganize and subtotal it using a macro. It would be wonderful if there were a report that did this for me.

   It's just sorted by Product, and then subtotaled the Total Units. The comments are then copied into the subtotal line, as sometimes there are different comments for each item...this is a bit tricky.

   Either way, it would be awesome to have a report that was friendly to use, would give me a place to keep track of things as I purchase them, and would only show me the important things. :)

3. Ability to create a grower user from the grower set up

   It would be nice to have a check box or something in the contacts tab of the grower set up that asks "create as grower user?" or something similar so you don't have to go to a new screen and enter the exact same info a second time.
