  1. Record Lost Sales - E-commerce

    The system should be able to save all the searches that the customers have performed by the customers and that didn't draw any results.

    This could send a notification to someone in the company as a Lost Sale notification or it could be a button in the e-commerce so that the customer him/herself could point out that the product wasn't found.

    Additionally, there should be a report with the results of any missed sales.

    Hello, we’re analyzing this option in order to roll this out. A couple of questions to better understand the needs and expectations:

    - Should all searches be saved? Or would it be better to save anything that’s more than 5 characters to reduce garbage?

    - Who would be able to run this report?

    - Where should this report be located?

    - Would it be important to flag users when they have multiple continuous searches with no results?

    - Any other thoughts?

  2. Customer Ranking - E-commerce

    We would like to be able to categorize customers by shopping level and entice customers to reach a certain level to be able to access special pricing and discounts.

    This invoice should be visible on the customers' invoices and each company should be able to set up tiers for the different levels.

    The rank should also be visible through the sales screens and the e-commerce.

  3. Promo Items - E-commerce

    There should be a mark similar to that of the "Sell Fast" option but for "Hot" or "New" items.

    These products should be displayed on the first few lines of the e-commerce and a filter should help the customer decide whether they want to view "hot" items, "deals" or "all".

    The name of this section should be different for all companies.

    There should be an alert for products that are being sold quickly and are running out.

    We are currently analyzing this project from a technical standpoint. We’re aware that it’s a very important feature and that it will drive even more sales online.

    The requirement is very straightforward but if anyone has any other thoughts please share them via a comment so that we can include them in our analysis.

  6. Multiple Pack & Price Options per Box Type - Vendor Availability

    Currently you can only choose 1 price and pack option per box type. For example, right now I can only put

    Flower EB x 50 st @ $1.00
    Flower QB x 100 st @ $1.00
    Flower HB x 200 st @ $1.00

    It would be great to have the option to sell to our clients with more detail; multiple packs per box type and different price options.

    Flower EB x 50 st @ $1.50
    Flower QB x 75 st @ $1.25
    Flower QB x 100 st @ $1.00
    Flower HB x 150 st @ $0.75
    Flower HB x 200 st…

  7. Comments, special requests, suggestions, etc.

    A line for comments or special requests would be helpful for special orders.

    Examples:
    -Deliver by 9am
    -Open Cut Stage only
    -Please put ice bag
    -Need POD ASAP
    -Strap boxes together

    etc.

    Would it make sense to assume that these comments are by each line item rather than on the order header? If so would this be useful to the sales team that’s processing the order?

    Would it make sense to identify the comment in the line item so that the salesperson can make sure that it’s viewed and not ignored?

  8. Flower Catalog!!!!

    It would be great if our customers could click on a flower category and see a catalog of all the varieties we can offer.

    Aside from what we have already in inventory or in transit.

    This way they can prebook it.

    The catalog would be fed from all the pictures we have on all of our products in Komet. It is already sorted and organized by categories.....

  9. Item cannot be modified after adding to cart

    I was not able to modify any item after adding it to the cart. It only lets me delete it. Should allow me to add mark code, change quantity, etc.

  10. We should be able to receive a system notification when a client gets into e-commerce.

    We should be able to receive a system notification through email, when the client gets into the e-commerce/online purchase system. This will help us to follow up on the clients' needs and try to push the sale. Sometimes clients get in the system, but they don't buy. We want to be able to understand why they did not buy and try to make it happen.

  13. Move the Category/Color box back to the top please.

    It is so much faster for users to click on a product when the category or color is on the top of the page. It takes too long to click on the drop down button then scroll to find what we are looking for.

  14. Blast promotional Messages from E-commerce / More than 1 promotion


    1. Blast messages that contain the promotional messages from E-commerce to a group of customers from Komet.


    2. Add more than 1 promotional message, that can they rotate with at least 2 or 3 messages.

  15. Ability to hide items on eCommerce from specific customers.

    We would like to be able to hide specific products from some of our eCommerce customers that use shipping methods like FedEx which exponentially increasing the cost due to larger product packs being inefficient.

    However, we don't want to hide those products on our ecommerce portal from customers that use shipping methods that can easily accommodate those items.

    If there was a way to hide a product per customer (or shipping method) and not everyone within the portal, that would be extremely helpful.

  18. Day ahead setting for inbound freight to change for k2k customers (globle).

    Day ahead truck shipping for inbound freight on k2k. This would allow changes for specific time shipping so product goes on the correct truck.

  20. K2K Vendor Direct - Responsible for Freight

    As a system administrator, it is required that my customer can make purchases through E-commerce shipping directly from the vendor to my final customer, however, I need to be able to charge the associated costs of transportation in the sales price.
