Record Lost Sales on E-commerce
The system should be able to save all the searches that the customers have performed by the customers and that didn't draw any results.
This could send a notification to someone in the company as a Lost Sale notification or it could be a button in the e-commerce so that the customer him/herself could point out that the product wasn't found.
Additionally, there should be a report with the results of any missed sales.
25 votesHello, we’re analyzing this option in order to roll this out. A couple of questions to better understand the needs and expectations:
- Should all searches be saved? Or would it be better to save anything that’s more than 5 characters to reduce garbage?
- Who would be able to run this report?
- Where should this report be located?
- Would it be important to flag users when they have multiple continuous searches with no results?
- Any other thoughts?

Customer Ranking to set E-commerce discounts
We would like to be able to categorize customers by shopping level and entice customers to reach a certain level to be able to access special pricing and discounts.
This invoice should be visible on the customers' invoices and each company should be able to set up tiers for the different levels.
The rank should also be visible through the sales screens and the e-commerce.

Future Availability in K2K
We would like to synchronize Future inventory as well as on hand inventory as it is now.

The requirement is very straightforward but if anyone has any other thoughts please share them via a comment so that we can include them in our analysis.

There should be an alert for products that are being sold quickly and are running out.

Currently, only system Administrator can update E-commerce banner announcement. This functionality should be allowed for Sales Manager, not Adminisrator

A line for Comments or special requests for special orders
A line for comments or special requests would be helpful for special orders.
Comments, special requests, suggestions, etc.Examples:
-Deliver by 9am
-Open Cut Stage only
-Please put ice bag
-Need POD ASAP
-Strap boxes togetheretc.
6 votesWould it make sense to assume that these comments are by each line item rather than on the order header? If so would this be useful to the sales team that’s processing the order?
Would it make sense to identify the comment in the line item so that the salesperson can make sure that it’s viewed and not ignored?

Flower Catalog as categories and varieties
It would be great if our customers could click on a flower category and see a catalog of all the varieties we can offer.
Aside from what we have already in inventory or in transit.
This way they can prebook it.
The catalog would be fed from all the pictures we have on all of our products in Komet. It is already sorted and organized by categories.....

Modify items after adding to cart (Change Qty, add Markcode, etc)
I was not able to modify any item after adding it to the cart. It only lets me delete it. Should allow me to add mark code, change quantity, etc.

Option to export e-commerce inventory and prices
Option to export prices to email K2K customers
We would like to have an option to export to excel the availability from Ecommerce so that we can re-offer all that availability from their vendors in Komet to other customers.

Notification when a client gets into e-commerce.
We should be able to receive a system notification through email, when the client gets into the e-commerce/online purchase system. This will help us to follow up on the clients' needs and try to push the sale. Sometimes clients get in the system, but they don't buy. We want to be able to understand why they did not buy and try to make it happen.

Day ahead setting for inbound freight to change for k2k customers (globle).
Day ahead truck shipping for inbound freight on k2k. This would allow changes for specific time shipping so product goes on the correct truck.

Category Exclusion For E-Commerce at Customer Setting level
Customer provided some feedback in towards upgrading the E-Commerce. Alejandra mentioned to me that it would be very useful to know if Komet can have the category exclusions like in the E-Commerce setting shows up but instead of being a general thing, if it can be per customer as well. This setting ideally would be in the Advanced settings of E-commerce per customer.
This is not a blocker for their operation, but mostly to exclude certain categories per customer.

Product Wish list insert option and e-mail updates
It would be great if the customer was able to enter a wish list of items he/she needs and be alerted when the product is available.

Saving products in cart while users quote over e-commerces
Another buyer experience... with more suppliers using Komet, when I find a product interesting I would like to put it in the cart, check different supplier and if I find nothing better, come back to the one I want and have it ready and not having to research the product.
I am speaking about saving the cart for a limited time but it is frustrating that it is erased if I want to switch to another supplier.1 vote -
Sorting product (Price, box)
Few final customers here... would be interesting to be able to sort product by prices, box sizes... making it more efficient for a buyer.

Stop the countdown clock after the customer has checked out, otherwise a message will appear telling the customer the order was cancelled.
After you check out, you get a pop-up asking you if you want to continue shopping or close out. If you do not make a selection, the checkout timer continues to count down. If you come back to the page later and the timer expired, you will get a warning telling you your order expired and the items were not ordered. This is not true and is confusing.
