It would be a great tool for the Salespeople that after everytime they 'saved' an order, it would send an email automatically so that they can then forward it to the buyers; and the customer and that they can verify that they did enter it fast.
to go back to the PB summary to then invoice it manuallu would be a bit more efficient. Even though it might seem redundant; it can steamline the salespersons speed to enter another prebook.6 votes
it would be nice to get an email notification if we need to pull a prebooked item out of stock... just like the email we get when products cant be sourced. I keep missing that i need to do this then when i try and pull it we are sold out.3 votes

I think it would be a great idea for the sales rep to get a notification 2weeks prior to a standing order expiring so that we have the option to extend or create a new standing order.3 votes

so when you're looking through the setup screen and you have an idea to email that particular customer roll(mouse) over the name and a copiable email is there instead of opening up the customer file2 votes

I would like to receive notification (email) when there is a pending order for the day (specially one from Ecommerce) and product has not arrived or has not been invoiced. Just like when I get an email when an ecommerce order has been canceled due to time out.
I find myself missing alot that nfo to be able to tell customers something they ordered on line did not come in and it will not be shipped just because im so busy to look it up.1 vote
