the differentiation of hardgoos vs fresh cut flowers, i still need training on.
i currently am using a 'workaround' for certain hardgoods in that i categorize them as a 'fresh flower' vs a Hardgood and that way it appears on my same flower inventory and i am apple to create prebooks for hardgoods. I would like to get to learn the hardgood section seperatley but i dont know how to use it!
i think this can be interesting as how the fedex can certainly facilitate certain shipping; but at the same time; the system would haveto consider BOTH ; REALY WEIGHT AND dimensional weight; because some items like tropical bouquets weight the same or slightly greather than the volumetric weight ; so in this case; it would consider both dims and weight; taking the greater item, but other items that are more voluminous than by weight; it would take the Dims/ volumetric weight. i believe it would take both factors in order to do this effectively.
