Enhancing Customer Data Import Filtering: Adding Sales Rep Filter Option
Mayesh proposed an enhancement to their current data import process from Setup < Data Import, where customers can only filter by location. They suggested adding an option to filter by a sales representative. This feature would be handy in scenarios where Mayesh needs to update many customer records for a specific sales rep, especially in cases where a representative leaves the company. Currently, without this feature, Mayesh faces the challenge of downloading and sifting through an extensive customer list of over 44,000 entries, making the process cumbersome.

Automated Pull Date Adjustment for Prebook Orders
Currently, Komet requires manual updates for pull dates on each line item during pre-booking. This process is time-consuming and increases the risk of errors. On behalf of Brightland Farms, they are requesting an enhancement to automate the pull date adjustments. Either a way to massively update this information for the PB's or somehow automate the process so that the system auto-corrects the pull date depending
on the prebook date and customer settings.The lack of this feature leads to inefficient workflows and potential delays in order fulfillment.

New highlight feature under Setup->Customer

Add total cubes per prebook
On behalf of Farm to Canada, Jason is requesting to add the total cubes per prebook. They need the option at the time of pre-booking so that they know how many trucks to book
They need it per prebook (per customer), not per AWB (which may have many customers).

Add Box Code Number In Order Entry
On behalf of Chilfresh, the customer would like to have a way to identify the box code related to an order, as there are times when a box needs to be deleted from the system, but there is no way to be sure that the correct box is being deleted.
It would be similar to the lot number that can be seen when editing/adding a product in an order:

Include Ship To on Export to Excel Report From Order Entry
It would be great for the information on the Ship to column on Order Entry to be included in the file you can download as Export to Excel. Some customers have other customers that have more than 50 brands and need to be monitoring results by subaccounts to evaluate the growth in each of them by knowing which locality moves the most according to the area, etc., to re-direct their sales strategies.

New Email Notification for updates on customer notes

Salesperson/manager should be notified when a note has been entered for a customer. Ideally, get a consolidated report at the end of the day as customer notes can be updated several times daily.

Add Price mass update upon GPM for Pricelist

Gardens America needs to have a mass pricing update functionality that is not based on a set price value like it currently is, but instead it allows her to enter the desired GPM% and based on the current landed cost the pricing field the new price will be calculated for all product items this action is being applied to.Ex: She wants to update 500 line items so that their selling price has a GPM of 25%.

Price List for the customer Future Sales
It would be great for the customer "Future Sales" to function with price lists as well. Whenever a PB is created with the customer's future sales, once it gets associated to the PO, the PB is eliminated, and the items on the Pricing->Future inventory, have a price of $0.00. It requires me to go and update the price manually instead of maintaining the items entered at the PB level.

Replicate UPC changes on Master Standing Ordoer
At the moment, whenever making changes to the UPC information of the Master Standing Order and trying to replicate these changes to the prebooks, it does not repeat these changes to the prebooks. It would be great if these types of changes would also apply as well.

Add Reccurence Filter in SO screen
In the Standing Order summary screen, a recurrence filter should be added. This would facilitate the process when generating SO orders manually and only want to generate a specific recurrence instead of going one by one.
