It would be great to email the prebook to your customer and see the notes you added once you send it via email. It would be helpful to see the email you sent via Komet to reference back to it.

Ability to determine the custom fields to display for each Role
The custom fields available for a Sales Role in Order Entry Inventory Screen should be able to be customized by the admin.

Breakdown of Special Mix Boxes in Excel
When importing available inventory into an Excel spreadsheet, a breakdown of each Special Mix box would be very helpful.

The inventory list should have a column with a dinamic GPM.
The inventory list should have a column with a dinamic GPM. Each time you change the price the GPM should change as well. This will help a lot to be able to control your margins while you are negociating with the clients.

Future Tab for Order but Future Link for Prebook
Is there a specific reason why we have a "Future" tab when creating an order, but when creating a prebook we have to click "Add Future or Vendor Availability Items" below the boxes tab? This link can be easy to miss for our salespeople and it would be nice if they were formatted the same way..

MARK CODE applies to all items on a prebook
It would be convenient to be able to have one mark code apply to all items on a prebook - rather than having to add one on each line.
When we enter our seasonal or holiday pre-books we try to differentiate extra pre-book items versus standing order items in the cooler.2 votesHi Darren,

Visualization of Custom Fields in Standing/Prebooks Windows

Postpone backorder items.
Can we change postpone items for only 1 day button to customize it to which day or how many days of our choice. Sometimes we have an item that didn't come in and we know it will be arrive 2 or 3 days later but we are only able to postpone the default 1 day only. Ugh!

Future sales prebook screen with delayed incoming flight, need AWB# to show in order to move any orders and notify customers quickly
Future sales in prebook screen when there is a delayed flight you cannot search by AWB number (its not there) so it makes it very hard to see which prebooks are affected so you can notify customers and move them to the next available truck.

Add a Deal Items Discount (Markdown)
Would like ability to tag "Deal" items that can be in Discount Bin. This will be different from "Sell Fast" items, which is often associated with older product. Deal items will be something we are heavy on inventory, or great value, Hot or New items
So, instead of "Sell Fast" icon, this could be a $ sign. and sales people and E-commerce customers should be able to filter them.These products should be displayed on the first few lines of the e-commerce, The name of this section should be different for all companies. and a filter should help the customer…

Sales MTD should also include last year's
Realized there is a new feature
It helps to know how much are sales MTD, but not MTD for the last year, instead, it would be better to get the total of the same month last year so we know how much a customer can buy, where we are and how many days we have left in the current month to reach and surpass that goal.

Notes in Prebook Screens
Would be great if you could just hover over the notes in all the screens. Some screens you have to click the notes bubble to read the notes/comments.

Report containing call history to customers
It will be great if you guys can make a report so the sales manager can see the list of the call history of the day. For example, if we have 4 sales rep, we would like to see a daily report with the list of customers that the 4 sales rep called during the day (using the "Contacted" option in the call list)

It would be great to add an Icon to show that a box type is in water (procona).
Boxes that have water cannot be flown (UPS and FedEx, Delta, Southwest, AAirlines etc).
In some cases we need to charge for those boxes to be repacked.
It would be helpful to ID these boxes so we can track charges and so cusotmers on ecommerce see they cannot be flown unless an additonal charge or service is requiered.15 votesHi Daniel,

Additional Units of Measure
It would be really helpful to have more units of measure than just box, stem, and bunch. Items like garland (by the "foot"), plants (by "each"), and smilax (by "bag") can't really fit into any of the categories Komet currently offers. I think this addition would make Komet more appealing to current and potential customers because it would fit more needs without workarounds.
