Allow viewing different timeframes on widgets
As a user I would like to be able to change the different timeframes in the widgets. For example:
- In "Today's Sales" the arrows will allow the user to move to "Yesterday's Sales" or "Tomorrow's Sales".
- In "Sales by Month" the arrows will allow the user to view year after year.This would apply to all widgets on the dashboard.

Excel Details Report Format for Prebook and Order Summary; move Report Explanation
It would be helpful if the report explanations are moved to the top of the report.
The reason for this is often these excel formatted reports are run over and over for different purposes. Users in Excel can create macros to format the information quickly, using subtotals, sorting, etc. This is a great tool. However, these macros cannot be easily created when the report has the Report explanation at the bottom of the report, as the lines change each time with different criteria from week to week. Prebook Summary; add checkmark
Please add a green checkmark next to each prebook to indicate if the order has been converted to a sales order. The Prebook Fulfillment screen is not useful at this time for us, too many screens to toggle back and forth, and it doesn't really say it is complete, it only indicates the number of boxes billed. People don't want to have to go looking in too many places to find what they need.

Inventory Type filter in the Pricing Screen
Under Inventory type, in addition to all I would like to be able to choose for example: Open Market & Pre-book together or All excluding LOCAL. Can you make this happen?

PO and Order dates, related with standing orders
With standing orders dates, what happens is that you can only choose the week day foo your truck, and with this inforamtion the system automatically generates a PO date 4 days before the stablished truck day.
What i would recomend is; to enable the system to manage these two dates individually, in order to have a more flexible PO management with the vendors.2 votesHi, All,

New Field for Commissions
We would like to have an option to push our sales people to sale more. We want to have a field for commission % so that we can assign this to each sales rep. Also, when they create a prebook, we want this field to reflect on the prebook. Additionally, we want to have a widget on the Dashboard so that it reflects the total of commissions that a sales rep is making on daily basis in prebooks or invoices.

Add a time stamp to the e-mail and fax icon
Add a time stamp to the e-mail and fax icon that appears next to the order in Order Summary when we send the invoice to customers for auditing purposes.

Price over ride for sales of opened boxes
When entering an order - to change the price of a box from inventory - you require a managers price over ride
When the box has been opened - you can sell the bunches for what ever price you want - with no sales manager approval or over ride
The same rules should apply to all order entry methods

PREBOOK NOTIFICATION FOR ACCURATE ARRIVAL
Arrival dates associated with Prebooks. Nikki Roth did a test, "I did a test and also found that the date gets updated once the arrival date is set on the AWB. It also updates when the date is changed. I am thinking that the issue maybe stems from the timing of putting the arrival date on the AWB. I believe this is done when the product has been confirmed that it is coming on a certain truck, so the salesperson is seeing the estimated date up until the very last minute at times. Report containing call history to customers
It will be great if you guys can make a report so the sales manager can see the list of the call history of the day. For example, if we have 4 sales rep, we would like to see a daily report with the list of customers that the 4 sales rep called during the day (using the "Contacted" option in the call list)

Tipsy for the FOB price in prebook
When the customer is FOB, it can be better to change the price label for FOB price, that way the sale person knows that needs to include additional charges in the unit price, also complement it with a tipsy.

SO Details Report
In the SO Details Report, the lines should be separated for each day of recurrence. If the SO has two days of recurrence, the report should show two lines, not just one.

SO Changes Notification - Breakdowns
The Sent to Vendor an E-mail pop up does not appear when a breakdown product is changed in a SO.

prebook and standing orders
Once product that arrives that has been assigned to a prebook, standing order or future sale it becomes a sales order. However, nothing in that sales order shows what the original prebook order was for. Thus, a order that was for 4 boxes may only have 3 boxes that arrived and scanned into inventory and the other box is still in prebook. So for every order, before i can confirm it, i have to go back to the prebook to see how many boxes the prebook was for! When you have 25-30 orders to confirm, this takes a long time…

Inventory rotation for assorted boxes
We have an issue when our sales reps want to choose a box with the oldest inventory rotation for the assorted boxes, specifically. Could you please put the option of “inventory rotation” for these items just like with the solid cases? This happens when we have, for instance, 5 boxes in our warehouse, and we want to sell the oldest one, the system does not include the assorted boxes in just one line (as opposed to the solid cases), but it shows them in different lines. In the end, our sales reps cannot identify which is the oldest.

It would be great to add an Icon to show that a box type is in water (procona).
Boxes that have water cannot be flown (UPS and FedEx, Delta, Southwest, AAirlines etc).
In some cases we need to charge for those boxes to be repacked.
It would be helpful to ID these boxes so we can track charges and so cusotmers on ecommerce see they cannot be flown unless an additonal charge or service is requiered.15 votesHi Daniel,

Add a Deal Items Discount (Markdown)
Would like ability to tag "Deal" items that can be in Discount Bin. This will be different from "Sell Fast" items, which is often associated with older product. Deal items will be something we are heavy on inventory, or great value, Hot or New items
So, instead of "Sell Fast" icon, this could be a $ sign. and sales people and E-commerce customers should be able to filter them.These products should be displayed on the first few lines of the e-commerce, The name of this section should be different for all companies. and a filter should help the customer…
