  1. Additional charges - Transfer to Sales Orders

    Once an Allocation is done, through Prebooks >> Allocations view or Order Entry >> Items Pending to be Billed, the system must carry on the Additional Charges from the Prebook to the order. The system will verify if the order already has Additional Charges to prevent from being added twice.

  2. Credit Limit Hold on Pre-Books

    Komet should allow to be put a customer on Hold because Credit limit is reached on Pre-Book area. Currently this credit limit hold works only on Order Entry.
    Currently customers with credit limit reach allows to create a prebook with not issue. later on when the product is transfer on staging area it notify the sales person of the hold. this cause to have boxes sit on inventory.

    Hi Sebastian,

    We were reviewing this idea and now the system is not allowing you to create the Prebook for customers that are on Hold in the setup.

  3. Additional label with a mark

    Some times customers request an additional label with a mark “sample” or “show” or “ship to location for easy id” or “inventory” etc.

    Its easier to set up the warehouse instructions (for example when it’s a FedEx, or a COD account that needs to be paid prior to shipping) invoice note (link P.O. with invoice with a label, or in freight fwd a branch that had diff locations and needs to be splitted) or in this case, boxes that need an extra label because they are palletized in a way that they need to be the first boxes that appear…

  4. Pre-book marked complete UNDO button

    I marked a pre-book complete by mistake and there is no way to undo. Perhaps an undo button so the pre-book generates?

  5. Prebook Details Report with Breakdown & Recipes

    As a sales user and using Komet as a farm, we need a report that prints the breakdown of recipes and compositions (Breakdowns), so that post-harvest people can process the orders according to the negotiation with the client.

  6. Add Prebook - Option to Edit Recipes

    As a farm user we would like to be able to edit Prebooks to make last minutes changes to orders with recipes.
