  1. Deactivate auto apply

    We would like to suggest an option to deactivate the Auto Apply function on A/R. Too often, customers will submit a check for specific invoices and auto apply does not always work in this manner.

  2. Location option

    It would be nice if on the receive payment tab included an option for "all Locations". After receiving a payment for a specific location (because you have to put in a location), if you go back to the Open Invoices, it does not default to "All". It will only show open invoices for the location used in receiving payment. Therefore (being a little new to this system) I only see a partial listing of open invoices and panic before remembering I have to take an extra step in "search" to change the location back to "All".

  3. On account charge

    A handy tool that is on other software is to have the option to add a set amount of money to an invoice that does not add to the receivables amount that the customer owes. For example, if a customer owes $2000 in back money, the AR person at my company could activate a charge for $100 to be added to each invoice to that specific customer until the $2000 is paid back.

    You should develop a report were we can keep track, preferably in a daily manner, of who is approving the credits overrides.

    Hi, Juan,

    Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your feedback we already have options available.

    You can receive a daily report with the Credit Overrides requested by setting up your email. This is done from Setup→Settings→Price&Credit Override. Enter you email under the field named “Require Credit Limit Override”.

    Additionally, you can always build your own report directly in the BI and schedule it automatically to be emailed to you. Please let us know if you have further questions.

  6. I would like to see a customer report that includes e-mail addresses.

    A customer report list that includes the email addresses would be great. That way you would not have to go into each individual customer tab and look it up.

    Hi Cindy,

    From the Setup→Customers tab, you have an option to export to excel your list of customer and you can use different filters, such as Salesperson, etc. This excel has a column for emails.
