Customer Notes
We should be able to edit and remove customer notes after 24 hours.
There doesn't seem to be a reason why this is time-restricted. We have a customer note that was entered on the incorrect customer that we are forced to leave there since it's been longer than 24 hours.

Add time stamp to file downloads
I would like to see a time stamp added to the file name for reports that are downloaded. For example, payment history is currently named "Payment History" and Chrome appends (1), (2), etc. to prevent overwriting an already existing file. We've noticed that after "Payment History (99)" Chrome no longer appends a number and prompts users for a unique name. This can be confusing for non-technical users. By adding a time stamp, every file will have already had a unique name.

Just wanted to inform you guys that this has been completed. The time stamp will now appear when printing the documents from the Shipping screen as well as the Payment History.
Please let us know by creating a new feedback if you would like the time stamps to show on other documents.

Auto Generated Emails
I think these need to be more thought out. Our AR department is getting PO emails. Our sales manager at one location is getting customer credit limit emails for another location. Our Procurement manager for one location is getting credit limit emails for other locations because we need them set as a credit manager so they can approve credits. Our users are getting an onslaught of unnecessary emails. The emails actually don't make sense to me, it should be based on the location. Why, at any time, would one location need to receive information about another locations customers?

This has been completed. At this moment you will notice the improvement in the credit limit emails. Now, only the Credit Manager from the pertaining location will receive the notification.

Add Last Login date to Company Users
Have a field to show the last date a user logged in. In the user list as well as the user edit screen.

K2K - Transfer All Box types
It is required to be able to transfer all types of boxes through K2K, not only HB, FB, QB, EB.

Status of K2K Order
When a K2K is created by the customer company, the status should appear as draft as soon as it shows up in Order Summary, not with the yellow triangle like it's doing at this very moment. It's very confusing for sales reps.

This has been completed. Now an order that has not been checked out by the final customer will show a status of “draft” if the vendor company confirms the order while in draft status, the items will be automatically returned to inventory.
This will also be done in the near feature for the PB created on the Buyer Company side.

Customer PO# automatically shown in the invoice.
I'd like to suggest the possibility to show the customer PO# automatically in the invoice, this customer PO# is added when creating the prebook, but is not appearing at the moment of doing the invoice of that prebook, the idea would be to have an invoice for every customer PO# in different prebook's.

K2K Farm Direct - E-commerce Visual and List Improvements
As a buyer through Ecommerce, I want to have the option to buy product directly from the original vendor and that it reaches my warehouse without having to pass through my vendor's warehouse.

Remissions- Invoice Consolidation
As a user that uses Komet as a farm, we would like to have an option so that the system can consolidate the invoices by customer and proceed to close the month accounting wise with the DIAN.

Vendor Invoice - Remission Setting
Ability to change the name on the invoice. On the right-hand corner, where it says Invoice, we need to change it to pro-forma. We need to have this option as this is requested by the DIAN.

AWB Liquidation Report & PO Reconciliation - New Columns
We would like to have on the AWB Liquidation Report a column for the Mark Code. Also, on the PO Reconciliation reports add a column for Vendor Accounting Code and Vendor Code.

Sales Manager should be able to assign customer to Location.
Good afternoon, is it possible to give access to the Sales Manager user function the ability to associate a customer to a location without giving full access to the setup tab.

There is actually an option from the Setup of the customers that allows Sales Managers to associate customers to location, to do so, simply go to Setup→Customers→under the actions column, you will click on the triangle and will see an option for Locations. From here, the sales manager can associate customers with the locations.

K2K - Multiple lines of the same product
Multiple lines of the same product that is all packed the same and at the same price should be shown as one line. This would clean up the display and remove confusion for our customers wondering what's the difference between all these lines that look the same.sc

In the K2K project, the process that sends the inventory from one company to the other one, the system will be able to include the fuel surcharge in the unit cost value.

PO Standalone - Truck Date vs Arrival Date & VA Improvements
As a buyer I want to have a better understanding of the PO Standalone screen works in regards to the truck dates and arrival dates. These fields are not clear at the moment.

Payments with a Future Date
In the Receive Payment screen, the system is allowing me to apply a payment with a future date. The system should not allow this.
