System Stability/Uptime
I would really like to see KometSales focus on keeping the system stable and up 100% of the time. It seems like every week when a new feature is put into production, part or all of the system goes down for several minutes. It's really tough to do business when our sales system consistently has interruptions.
I think having a true sandbox where deployments can be fully vetted would really increase the experience for everyone.

We have been analyzing all these issues internally with our team and we are making sure that we always learn and improve something on each of the cases. This week for example, as your users may have noticed, we had again an issue in the Prebook and Order Summary screens. In order to avoid this issue from happening again, we are now working on an automated test that will be able to confirm that these screens load correctly for Multi-Location companies before every new version of the system is released.
We are also trying to find another way to release all the tickets that we put on hold during the holidays. This last season for example we had more than 30 tickets in the queue to be released right after May 13th.
Last but not least, we understand how important is for you to always have the system 100% up and running. We always share with all the Komet members these kinds of issues and messages so that everybody in the company is aware of these issues and the problems we cause when the things don’t go well.
