  1. Allow add K2K inventory to Web Order Using API

    In the API method web-order-item.add, companies that don't use the Komet Sales E-commerce but consume Inventory and place orders using the system API, we should allow companies to add K2K inventory to web Orders as well

  2. Add a way o a API to check out order created though API upon creation

    Orders created via API show as pending to be checked out:

    There is no method to check out, so they can only be checked out manually by a company user.

    Is it possible to add a method to check out or automatically mark them as checked out upon creation?

    Effect on the user and why it is needed:
    This would avoid confusion on the client's side as there might be doubts on whether these prebooks are ok to process or not, due to this pending status.

  3. Separation of notification emails when the Web Order includes OH and Prebook items

    Context: When the e-commerce user purchase an On-hand item and an FS item in the same e-commerce session, then he got an email with the subject W / Pb
    Suggestion: Clients want to receive 2 emails, one for the OH products, and the other for the PB items.
    Why: because they have separated sales group, one who manages OH, and other that manages FS inventories.

  4. Country of origin on E-commerce

    Add a feature that allows them to put in the e-commerce products somewhere (as a column or as a details button) the option of "country of origin" to the products.

    Effect on the user and why it is needed: In the customer's words "(...) it would be a smart option for the future as roses that come from Ecuador versus roses that come from Colombia are packaged differently and not being able to distinguish the origin causes our customers to buy less instead of buying more."

  5. Category Exclusion For E-Commerce at Customer Setting level

    Customer provided some feedback in towards upgrading the E-Commerce. Alejandra mentioned to me that it would be very useful to know if Komet can have the category exclusions like in the E-Commerce setting shows up but instead of being a general thing, if it can be per customer as well. This setting ideally would be in the Advanced settings of E-commerce per customer.

    This is not a blocker for their operation, but mostly to exclude certain categories per customer.

    It would be great if the customer was able to enter a wish list of items he/she needs and be alerted when the product is available.

  8. Saving products in cart while users quote over e-commerces

    Another buyer experience... with more suppliers using Komet, when I find a product interesting I would like to put it in the cart, check different supplier and if I find nothing better, come back to the one I want and have it ready and not having to research the product.
    I am speaking about saving the cart for a limited time but it is frustrating that it is erased if I want to switch to another supplier.

    Few final customers here... would be interesting to be able to sort product by prices, box sizes... making it more efficient for a buyer.

  10. Stop the countdown clock after the customer has checked out, otherwise a message will appear telling the customer the order was cancelled.

    After you check out, you get a pop-up asking you if you want to continue shopping or close out. If you do not make a selection, the checkout timer continues to count down. If you come back to the page later and the timer expired, you will get a warning telling you your order expired and the items were not ordered. This is not true and is confusing.

  11. Notification when a client gets into e-commerce.

    We should be able to receive a system notification through email, when the client gets into the e-commerce/online purchase system. This will help us to follow up on the clients' needs and try to push the sale. Sometimes clients get in the system, but they don't buy. We want to be able to understand why they did not buy and try to make it happen.

  12. Record Lost Sales on E-commerce

    The system should be able to save all the searches that the customers have performed by the customers and that didn't draw any results.

    This could send a notification to someone in the company as a Lost Sale notification or it could be a button in the e-commerce so that the customer him/herself could point out that the product wasn't found.

    Additionally, there should be a report with the results of any missed sales.

    Hello, we’re analyzing this option in order to roll this out. A couple of questions to better understand the needs and expectations:

    - Should all searches be saved? Or would it be better to save anything that’s more than 5 characters to reduce garbage?

    - Who would be able to run this report?

    - Where should this report be located?

    - Would it be important to flag users when they have multiple continuous searches with no results?

    - Any other thoughts?

  13. Customer Ranking to set E-commerce discounts

    We would like to be able to categorize customers by shopping level and entice customers to reach a certain level to be able to access special pricing and discounts.

    This invoice should be visible on the customers' invoices and each company should be able to set up tiers for the different levels.

    The rank should also be visible through the sales screens and the e-commerce.

    We are currently analyzing this project from a technical standpoint. We’re aware that it’s a very important feature and that it will drive even more sales online.

  16. Day ahead setting for inbound freight to change for k2k customers (globle).

    Day ahead truck shipping for inbound freight on k2k. This would allow changes for specific time shipping so product goes on the correct truck.

  18. Ability to hide items on eCommerce from specific customers or from specific vendors

    We would like to be able to hide specific products from some of our eCommerce customers that use shipping methods like FedEx which exponentially increasing the cost due to larger product packs being inefficient.

    However, we don't want to hide those products on our ecommerce portal from customers that use shipping methods that can easily accommodate those items.

    If there was a way to hide a product per customer (or shipping method) and not everyone within the portal, that would be extremely helpful.

  20. Option to export e-commerce inventory and prices

    Option to export prices to email K2K customers

    We would like to have an option to export to excel the availability from Ecommerce so that we can re-offer all that availability from their vendors in Komet to other customers.
